Raquel Wilson, MA, MBA

Raquel Wilson is a visionary leader, consultant, and advocate dedicated to advancing inclusive, transformative change for mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve. As the founder of I.M.P.A.C.T Works Consulting, Raquel combines over a decade of expertise in nonprofit leadership, program development, and grant strategy with the strength of her lived experience as a former foster youth.

With a career spanning leadership roles in youth development, workforce readiness, and community engagement, Raquel is known for creating innovative, trauma-informed programs and forging strategic partnerships that drive real-world impact. She holds both a Master of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University Chicago, as well as a BA in Pre-Law Philosophy from California State University, Fresno.

Raquel founded I.M.P.A.C.T Works Consulting to help organizations harness their unique strengths, secure vital resources, and deliver measurable, meaningful change. She brings empathy, insight, and a collaborative spirit to every partnership—empowering others to turn vision into lasting impact.
